All illustrations, content, and designs on pincloutnyc.com and associated web pages /social pages (collectively, our “Services”) are exclusive to Pinclout. The use of any Pinclout design, content, trademark or logo without explicit written consent is prohibited by law.
Cancellation/Refund policy
I do not accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact pinclout@gmail.com within twelve (12) business days to request an exchange.
What is your policy on fees, customs, and lost, stolen, or delayed shipments?
Pinclout is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or for any fees incurred upon international import. You will be held responsible for the shipping fees of your purchases and any return fees if you refuse a shipment of Pinclout.
Undeliverable Packages
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to me as undeliverable. I will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable with corrected addresses.
